Have you ever seen Pillar Geraniums?
Mother nature is finally starting to warm up outside, which means it’s the perfect time to bring some plants out of the greenhouses and show them off to you! Pillar (Tower) Geraniums have beautiful flowers that can grow into big towers that can brighten up your garden.
Several years ago, while traveling through Europe, Brian saw these giant stacks of geraniums in the middle of Amsterdam and thought, “oh my gosh, how did they get them so tall?” He went inside and found out that they were actually one single plant and a specific type of geranium called a Pillar Geranium. Ever since then, he’s been obsessed with them. We now have them at the farm for you to grow your own giant geraniums.
Bauman’s carries them in a couple of different sizes and colors. First is a Tall Dark and Handsome Hot Pink, which has beautiful pink flowers with dark foliage. One of Brian’s personal favorites is the Blood Orange geraniums. They are available in 8-inch and 12-inch deco pots. Head out to the farm because now is the perfect time to plant geraniums in your garden!
Watch as Brian Bauman from Bauman’s Farm & Garden talks about these beautiful Pillar (Tower) Geraniums.

Good morning! I have been searching for pillar geraniums for a few years. Years ago, I had the bright pink and orange. I absolutely loved them. I’m located in Western New York state. Our plant availability is limited. Please let me know if you have plant available? If not this year, than for next. I realize we are well into the growing season. Thank you!
