 Apple (Sugarless Available)
Our Classic Apple is made using our very own apples which we peel, slice, and coat in our special blend of sugar, cinnamon, and spices. You can't go wrong with treating your guests to a piece of warm apple pie that is cooked to perfection and includes a scoop of melting vanilla ice cream on the top. Yummy!
Apple Berry (Sugarless Available)
It is always a tug of war in the Bauman household on weather we are going to have an Apple Pie or a Berry Pie for desert. Therefore, we came up with the perfection solution. A delicious pie with our home grown apples on the bottom and our perfectly sweetened Marionberries on the top. A match made in heaven.
Apple Carmel
A new addition to the Bauman Bakery Pie line up. Apples and caramel have been a perfect desert pairing since the dawn of time. We decided to build on that history and create a new pie that celebrates the combination of these flavors and the result is truly a historic milestone. You have to try it!
Berry Blast (Sugarless Available)
At Bauman's we grow over 15 varieties of caneberries. We decided to create a pie that celebrates this diversity and the result was more than we could have ever asked for. Berry Blast combines Blueberries, Raspberries, and Marionberries and the harmony of these three flavors working together is a unique experience that you can't pass up.
Boysen (Sugarless Available)
Boysenberries have long been a favorite of the Bauman Family. As a child the extra large berries were always fun to pick because they filled up our buckets fast. In a pie, the undeniable large flavor that this berry has will fill your mouth with an explosion of flavor.
Cherry (Sugarless Available)
In our cherry pies we have captured the flavor of tasting the warm ripe cherries as you pick them straight from the tree in the early spring. The flavor of our perfect cherry pies are sure to take you back to your childhood.
Logan (Sugarless Available) Loganberries have been around the Willamette Valley for many years but unfortunately you don't see them very often anymore. Which is unfortunate because their flavor is truly unique and a great way to experience this extraordinary flavor is in one of our famous Loganberry Pies.
Marion (Sugarless Available)
Marionberries have become an icon for the bounty that we have in the Willamette Valley. You will not find these berries growing any where else in the world. We have a strong sense of pride about our Marionberry Pies because they represent so much of what we are about not only in the Willamette Valley but on Bauman Farms as well. Many would call them the perfect berry because of their sweet, delicious, unique flavor. A must have any Bauman Family Holiday gathering.
Peach (Sugarless Available)
To us the taste of a sweet juicy peach ignites the sensation of a warm summer breeze. We have tried to capture this wonderful sensation in our delicious peach pies. One of our favorites.
Pumpkin (Sugarless Available)
No Holiday dinner or family gathering would be complete in a Bauman Household without a pumpkin pie. Our pumpkin pies are absolutely delicious and will have your family and friends singing praises for their gracious host.
Pumpkin Supreme
For our Pumpkin Supreme pies we have taken our traditional Pumpkin Pies and added an extra kick to make them even more exciting and delicious. The base of our Pumpkin Supreme pie is a traditional pumpkin pie but on top with have added a scrumpous buttery crumb topping that bring this pie to a whole new level. I can't tell you how good it tastes you will just have to try it yourself.
Pecan
Pecan pies are only available during the months of November and December for the Holidays. Our Pecan pies are the best because they have the perfect balance of nuts and filling. Some places you will find just a few nuts on top and lots of filling underneath, while others have tons of nuts and no filling. Our Pecan Pies have just the right amount of nuts and filling, they're perfect!
Tayberry (Sugarless Available)
We get asked in the store all the time, "What is a Tayberry?" We gladly tell everyone that it is Barb's favorite. It's a cross of a Red Raspberries and an Aurora Blackberry and the pairing creates the flavor best describe as a Raspberry WoW! It's hard to describe because the flavor is truly unique but what we can tell you is that this berry is a special treat in our household and we savor every bite because it is that good. You have to try it.
