We offer a year-round selection of delicious frozen pies and cobblers which are available in the display freezer next to the bakery area. Please follow these instructions to ensure your frozen pie or cobbler will bake beautifully at home in your oven. Enjoy!
Frozen Pie Baking Instructions
Do NOT thaw. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees (204.4C). Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 degrees (176.7 Celsius) and continue baking for approximately 1 hour. Oven temps may vary so adjust time and/or temperature accordingly.
Frozen Cobbler Baking Instructions
Do NOT thaw. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees (176.7 Celsius). Bake for 45-60 minutes until top turns golden brown. Oven temps may vary so adjust time and/or temperature accordingly.
Frozen PreBaked Pies
These pies, also available from the display freezer next to the bakery, are frozen pies that have already been baked and have no raw ingredients. Allow them to thaw at room temperature to enjoy. Do not place frozen in an oven. If you’d like to warm up a thawed prebaked pie, we recommend that you place a thawed slice in the microwave for approximately 20-30 seconds for best results. (Microwave time may vary depending on intensity setting and/or the appliance manufacturer).
