Wholesale Account Manager

The opportunity
Be the point of contact for wholesale customers, guiding each order from inquiry through payment. Partner with growers and shipping staff to deliver reliable service and support account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Send weekly plant availability lists and pricing updates.
- Strengthen existing wholesale accounts and cultivate new customer relationships.
- Enter and confirm orders; coordinate plant availability, quality, and delivery dates with the growing team.
- Build pick lists for the Shipping Team from confirmed orders; verify quantities and changes.
- Share customer demand and seasonal forecasts with growers; keep account records current.
- Resolve order questions, substitutions, and service issues promptly.
- Invoice shipped orders, send statements, receive payments, and maintain accounts receivable.
Skills for Success
- Strong Excel and Word skills; careful attention to order details and follow-through.
- Knowledge of annuals and perennials.
- Comfort using Al tools to streamline recurring tasks.
- Basic accounting knowledge: receivables, payables, invoices, and payment terms.

Compensation & application
$24-$32 per hour, depending on experience. Full-Time.
