The Backyard

The Backyard is our seasonal outdoor space for our customers to relax and enjoy a drink and/or a bite while shopping at Bauman’s Farm & Garden. Weather permitting, during summer months, the Grain Bin at the Backyard is open on Saturdays, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and serves a selection of cold drinks, ice cream, and snacks/sandwiches. BBQ is available on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

You are our guest on private property. Please adhere to the following rules while visiting the Backyard:

• Use of the Backyard is reserved for customers of Bauman’s Farm & Garden. A customer is defined as a person or a family (group of 4 or less) spending $20 or more at our farm retail venues prior to or while making use of the Backyard. You may be asked to show a copy of your receipt.
• No outside food or drink is permitted. Please purchase your food and drink items from our farm’s retail venues.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be taken to the parking lots – no exceptions!
• Use of the Backyard is at your own risk.
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. We require a minimum of 1 adult per 4 children.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet!
• Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a 2-hour use limit.
• No smoking or vaping. Bauman’s Farm & Garden is a smoke-free property. This includes the parking lots.
• Help keep our Backyard clean. Please dispose of trash appropriately.
• By making use of the Backyard, you agree to abide by these rules as well as the stated hours of operation.
