Barb Bauman will teach you her pickling secrets and give you tricks on how to succeed. Bauman’s Farm and Garden has been growing pickling cucumbers for the community for years. Learn how to take this local produce and turn it into something you can enjoy all year long! Homemade pickles are always a popular treat and gift. Barb will teach you about the different cucumber sizes, what you will need, prep, the process, safety tips, and answer any questions you may have along the way. No previous food processing experience required.
