Want to Become a Wholesale Customer?

As we continue to grow our wholesale division, we ask that you review our Wholesale Customer Agreement as some of our policies have been updated. These policies best reflect our personal goals as well as establish positive working relationships between us and our customers.

Delivery: order minimum $500

Bauman Farm and Garden provides delivery to select locations. Fees are arranged by Brian Bauman and are agreed upon prior to ordering. Fees will be added to quotes under “Delivery Charge.”

Pick-Up: order minimum $300

For all other orders, we offer a pick-up service. Orders are gathered and placed in a convenient location where customers can pull their vehicles around to load up. Otherwise, if you provide your own delivery through third-party shippers or have access to a large truck, drivers may use our loading dock. Receiving hours are between 8-4:00 p.m.

Wholesale Purchases must be for resale use only unless agreed upon between Bauman’s Farm and Garden and the customer.

Custom Tags may be provided for your order to prepare your order for retail. This comes at no extra cost. If this is an option, please provide us with a list of UPCs or Barcodes, item names, and prices that match your scanning system. Otherwise, all items will be tagged individually with a non-priced barcode that matches our system (currently VMX) with plant names and sizes.

Orders can be placed via email: Wholesale@BaumanFarms.com and Brian@BaumanFarms.com based off of our Availability that is sent out every Friday/Saturday. If you would like to add an email to our recipient list, please let us know.

Please place your order within a 48-hour window prior to pick-up/delivery expectations. This allows us to best prepare your order amidst our working schedules.

Please note that:

• 4” items in round pots come in flats of 10
  (Ex. 2 equals 2 total flats of plants / 20 plants)
• 4” items in square pots come in flats of 15
  (Ex. 2 equals 2 total flats of plants / 30 plants)
• 6.5” items come in flats of 6
  (Ex. 2 equals 2 total flats of flats / 12 plants)
• 8”, 9” and all gallon sized items come in individual quantities
  (Ex. 2 equals 2 total plants)
• All hanging baskets come in individual quantities
• Pricing for all items is updated annually – please inquire for a comprehensive list of annual and perennial plants we are growing this season. Indoor plants are priced accordingly.

Tours and Order Pick-up

So that we can best serve you, please schedule all tours and confirm a time for your order pick-up prior to your visit. Appointments are best made via email: Wholesale@BaumanFarms.com. Currently, we are unable to accept walk-in tours.
