
Bean Soup
A Bauman Family favorite! A perfect warm and hearty dinner for cold nights.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Soak beans in water overnight Rinse and place them in a large soup kettle
- 1 Ham Bone or 1 lb cut up ham or bacon
- 2 Qt Water
- 1 Cup Diced Carrots
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Diced Potatoes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer for at least 2 1/2hours.
